  • Kitchen and bathrooms will be cleaned and disinfected
  • All mirrors will be cleaned
  • Window sills will be cleaned
  • Cleaning inside the refrigerator
  • Cleaning inside the oven

  • All floors will be swept, mopped, deodorized and vacuumed

Basic Cleaning

Starts at $150 and includes:
  • All countertops and surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected
  • Dusting of furniture and decorations
  • The exteriors of kitchen appliances 
  • Bathrooms will be cleaned and disinfected
  • Mirror(s) in bathrooms will be cleaned
  • All floors will be swept, mopped, deodorized and vacuumed

Move In/Move Out

Starts at $350.  |  This cleaning will include the following:

  • All cabinets (exterior and interior) will be cleaned and disinfected
  • All drawers (interior) will be cleaned and disinfected
  • All windows and window sills will be cleaned
  • All mirrors will be cleaned
  • All appliances will be cleaned and sanitized exterior and interior 
  • Banisters and ceiling fans will be dusted
  • Bathrooms and kitchen will be cleaned and disinfected
  • All floors will be swept, mopped, deodorized and vacuumed 

A move-in/move-out clean often involves a little more attention to scrubbing down the nooks and crannies of a home, including wiping inside the pantry or cupboards and washing down marks on the walls.

Al La Carte Services

Add these services to your basic cleaning

You can add the dusting of your baseboards, microwave cleaning, oven cleaning and refrigerator cleaning to your basic cleaning service.


There is a 50% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit due to book your appointment. Balance is due at the time of service, services will not start until payment received.
